OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

CANDIDATE SHORTLISTING
Applications will go through the initial screening stage and will be assessed by our team. Selected candidates will be contacted by our HR team for the next steps in the recruitment process.

INTERVIEW WITH HR
Once selected, successful candidates will be invited for a one hour interview with our HR team. This session will be conducted via video call and will give you the opportunity to introduce yourself, confirm your understanding of the role, express your motivations and aspirations and talk about our company.

INTERVIEW WITH THE TECHNICAL TEAM
Following the HR interview, successful candidates will be invited to an interview with the technical team. This one-hour session, which can be either video or face-to-face, is an opportunity for you to meet the technical team in person and have a more in-depth discussion about the role. This is your opportunity to convince us, and be convinced, that you are the ideal candidate for the role.

JOB OFFER
Within two weeks of the interview, you can expect to receive a job offer. HR will contact you by phone, followed by an official confirmation of the offer by email. If you are not selected for the position, you will be notified within 15 days.
